Each studio features: 

• A kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, sink and kettle
• Carpeting, tiles in wet areas, curtains
• Furnishings including table and chairs, telephone outlet, couch, queen or single bed(s)
• Built in wardrobe.
• Internet is available in each studio. It is to be set up and paid for by the tenant using whichever provider you choose.

Communal Facilities

A communal kitchen is available for more ambitious cooks. There is a fully equipped sitting room with lounge furniture, television, kitchen appliances, vacuums, irons, ironing board and a range of cleaning equipment.

Rent per week includes power and a communal phone.

Laundry facilities are also provided.
